We have come to the conclusion that “I need You God” is the place where I want to stay.
If we start talking like “we’ve got this”, God would have to remind you that no, you don’t have this. Because that “I’ve got this” means that you’re going to take weight on your shoulders that only God can bear.
To God, it’s all about trust. If you can leave your boasting about matters, and be in the place of “God I need You” all the time, He can really start to bless you knowing the things won’t take you away from Him.
“I need You God” must be your image. You should also be able to see yourself jumping over walls and obstacles, while dressed with God’s armor. You should really get a clear picture of the warrior you also are in Christ. When the enemy sees you, he sees you with the armor of God and can’t do anything about it. He has to listen to you because God has given you the authority to speak.
See yourself as another speaking spirit.
2 Timothy 3: 16 16 All Scripture is God-breathed [given by divine inspiration] and is profitable for instruction, for conviction [of sin], for correction [of error and restoration to obedience], for training in righteousness [learning to live in conformity to God’s will, both publicly and privately—behaving honorably with personal integrity and moral courage];
- God has put His Word in place so that we can be transformed and conformed to God’s will.
- To make us efficient for when a situation comes.
Our identity has been perverted through life and the things we faced and the people we met. We got perverted through things we even heard about ourselves and saw.
In churches, we also find that they worry about everything else but character. While the book of Titus are teaching churches how to operate, and everything was character-based. That is perverted.
People are running after the gifting, the prophetic. Meanwhile, the Word says that we’re only clinging symbols without love. If you don’t help people through love and compassion, you might as well leave it. God wants us to be like Him and care for people like He does.
In this episode, we discuss the spirit of perversion and compromise.
If we look at the story of king Ahab, or even David, we see that even their generations have been affected by their compromise. Just so many compromise today as well.
What kind of person watches pornography knowing it will harm the marriage?
What kind of person will marry someone that is not in the Lord?
People with a perverted spirit… a spirit of compromise.
