God gave us the power to choose life or death. Life or death is in the power of our tongue (Proverbs 18: 21). Sometimes it’s going to be hard to say the thing you don’t see, but we shouldn’t be lead by our senses. We should be lead by the Holy Spirit. Our senses are there to keep us safe in the natural from things such as heat or cold, poison, and all kinds of danger. They are not there to lead us. We should be guided by the Holy Spirit. We have to yield to the Spirit. We should use our words to uplift and encourage others. Also, remember that you will reap what you sow. If you sow kindness, you will reap that. Use your words to resist the devil’s attempt into your mind and life. Resist the devil with your words when he comes with temptations. You have to tell him to leave, and then he will flee. Sow seeds of protection in your life. The Word of God is a seed. You should speak the Word of God over all aspects of your life so that the Word’s results can manifest in your life. If you sow the Word on protection, you will reap protection. The devil will come with suggestions, and this is where you have to stop and think “is this God?” Ask God for discernment, because the moment you accept the suggestion and talk along with it, you step into agreement with something other than God. Understand that the devil wants to get you to agree with him. Ephesians 6: 17 Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. - Take the Sword of the SPOKEN WORD OF GOD. - Declare and decree what God has already given to you through Jesus Christ. - Speak against the devils words and plans. - Say “I do not permit or allow, what the devil is trying to do here!” - Speak in the authority we received through Jesus Christ.
