a Season is coming where many will turn to the Lord, and there should stand labourers ready to help gather the harvest. Everyone in the church should stand ready and know what to do. Being able to discern which fruit is ready to be harvested is very important. You don’t want to spent time on a person who isn’t ready to turn to God while there is someone that is ready and needs your help. Therefor we need understanding in this time. Most people are ground soldiers. We are in a place where we are the only light of Jesus that shines. Whether that is at home or a company, or at school. We are there for a reason. Understand that people read you and not the Bible. Understand that people of this world is under the power of sin .So don’t be surprised when people talk and act in a way that doesn’t represent Jesus. Isaiah 6: 8 Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, "Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?" And I said, "Here am I. Send me!" We should be saying the same words to God “Here I am, send me, use me as You want Lord.” God will put you in a situation which He has set up and prepared, in order for you to be effective. Matthew 12: 30 "Whoever is not with me is against me, and whoever does not gather with me scatters. We will always be busy with either gathering the harvest or scattering it from Him. We have to decide are we with Him or not.
