How is a nation saved? Why is our nation and the world in trouble? People forget about God. When it’s going well, people forget God. Exodus 14: 4 And once again I will harden Pharaoh’s heart, and he will chase after you.[a] I have planned this in order to display my glory through Pharaoh and his whole army. After this the Egyptians will know that I am the LORD!” So the Israelites camped there as they were told. For God it’s nothing to pour out a move. I believe God is hardening some hearts, so that people will turn to God whole heartedly. The sooner people will turn back to God, the sooner this will stop. Isaiah 63: 8 – 10 For he said, Surely they are my people, children that will not lie: so he was their Saviour. 9 In all their affliction he was afflicted, and the angel of his presence saved them: in his love and in his pity he redeemed them; and he bare them, and carried them all the days of old. 10 But they rebelled, and vexed his holy Spirit: therefore he was turned to be their enemy, and he fought against them. This is busy happening now around the world. We need to get our own houses in order. By not knowing God, we are making God our enemy. 2 Chronicles 7: 14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. If you have been wondering why things are taking so long to get better in our nation and in the world, the above scripture is your answer. God is talking about His people. This is the church. The church should get back to that place of “We need You God”. We need to humble ourselves; make time for Him; put Him in a place of honour in our life. Isaiah 59: 2 But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear. Sin is what causes the separation between us and God. Get all the things between you and God sorted out. We really don’t need anything between us and God. It will block God blessings, God’s promises and power. 1 Peter 4: 17 For the time has come for judgment to begin at the house of God; and if it begins with us first, what will be the end of those who do not obey the gospel of God? The judgement starts with the church. Many believers has been attacked through everything that has been happening. Why is the judgement coming to the church first? Because we have a different Spirit, we should know better. We know when we do wrong. The world doesn’t have the Holy Spirit, so they don’t realise what they are doing. The only sin of the world is unbelief. Now is the time for church to turn back to God whole heartedly.
